We currently accept the following leading cryptocurrencies and crypto payment solutions:

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), PayPal USD (PYUSD), EURC, as well as payments via Binance Pay.

The conversion rate is calculated based on the total amount of your cart in euros. If your cart is displayed in another currency, an automatic conversion will be applied and the final payable amount will be clearly displayed on our partner’s payment page.

Is cryptocurrency payment secure and regulated?

Absolutely. We use Triple-A, a fully licensed digital currency financial institution that complies with the highest international regulatory standards.

Triple-A is:

  • In France / the EU: Registered with the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and supervised by the ACPR (Banque de France).
  • In the United States: Registered with FinCEN (U.S. Department of the Treasury).
  • In Singapore: Licensed by the MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore).

This ensures that your transactions are processed within a secure legal framework, fully compliant with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and data protection standards.
How to pay with cryptocurrency?

Here's how you'll be able to place an order:

  1. Add your items to your shopping bag
  2. Head to checkout and select the cryptocurrency payment method
  3. Confirm your order details and click Place Order — On the Thank You page, please reload the page if the “Pay now with Triple-A” button is not visible.
  4. On the Triple-A payment provider page, select your preferred cryptocurrency and confirm the final amount. You may need to pay blockchain fees but you don't need to create an account with Triple-A to pay with crypto
  5. Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address and amount displayed on the screen and send the cryptocurrency of your choice from your wallet

Once the payment page is generated, the exchange rate is locked and guaranteed for 25 minutes. We strongly recommend sending your payment within this timeframe.

  • After 25 minutes but within 1 hour: The payment may still be accepted at the current market (spot) rate.
  • After 1 hour: For security and inventory management reasons, your order will be automatically canceled if payment is not detected.

Once the payment is confirmed the status will be update in you order confirmation page. The confirmation is usually fast, but sometimes it may take longer than traditional payment methods.

Which cryptocurrencies and networks are supported?

We accept the following cryptocurrencies via any wallet (wallet-agnostic).

  • Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin Network or Lightning Network
  • Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum Network (ERC-20)
  • Tether (USDT): Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), Polygon, Arbitrum, or Solana
  • USD Coin (USDC): Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, or Solana
  • PYUSD: Ethereum Network

Always ensure the network selected in your wallet matches the one displayed on the payment page to avoid permanent loss of funds.
Which countries support crypto payments?

Cryptocurrency payments are available worldwide, except in territories subject to international sanctions or specific regulatory restrictions.

Currently, we cannot accept payments from residents of: Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, and certain regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson & Zaporizhzhia).
What happens if I send cryptocurrency to the wrong address or network?

Your funds will be lost if you send crypto to the wrong address or use the wrong network. To minimise this risk, please make sure you scan the QR code with your wallet and that you’re using the network indicated in the payment form.

Before sending or receiving crypto, check the address, cryptocurrency, amount and network. Please always double-check the characters at the beginning and end of the address. These should be exactly the same as the address you're sending to, or receiving from.

If any of the information used for payment is incorrect, like the network or wallet address, neither WE IN STYLE nor Triple-A will be responsible. Crypto cannot be retrieved due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
What happens if I don’t send the exact amount?

Underpayment (insufficient amount):The transaction will not be validated immediately. The Triple-A payment window will update and prompt you to complete the remaining balance. If the payment is not completed, an automatic refund will be issued (network fees deducted).

Overpayment (excess amount): If you send more than required, our system will detect the excess. You will receive an email from Triple-A with a secure link allowing you to claim a refund of the overpaid amount directly to your wallet.
What if I pay after my order has been canceled?

If you send funds late (after 1 hour) and your order is marked as “Canceled,” your funds are not lost. Our system will generate an alert.

Please contact our customer support with your transaction proof (TXID / hash). We will either process your order manually or issue a refund, according to your preference.
Refunds in cryptocurrency

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email from our crypto payment provider including a link to claim your funds. In this link, you will be directed to a form and prompted to enter your crypto address.

You will be refunded the price of the item you returned, in the same cryptocurrency you paid in, at the current exchange rate. Due to fluctuations in the value of the cryptocurrency, the number of tokens you receive when refunded may be different from the number of tokens you paid with. 

When a refund is successfully claimed by you, the cryptocurrency should return to your wallet within the same business day, depending on how congested the blockchain is.
Why might I be asked to provide an identity document (KYC)?

In certain cases, depending on the transaction amount or local regulations, our payment processor may request identity verification. This is a standard legal procedure known as KYC (Know Your Customer), designed to prevent fraud and ensure a secure environment for all customers.
